The IMPACT

The organization was started 4 years ago, has 2 full time staff, 1 intern, and several volunteer teams. We have been able to develop 66 women leaders through our 6 month mentorship program that involves community project participation.

Also, we have reached 153 ladies through our online 3 week course and developed 11 women coaches who have learnt how to motivate and inspire confidence in women.

We have had many success stories, including one lady Gladys Mosomtai nominated as L’Oreal-UNESCO for Women in Science 2018 Sub-Saharan Africa fellowship. Recently one of our own Trizah Ombewa entered the YALI Regional Leadership Center, East Africa 37th Cohort.

Our ladies have gone ahead and excelled in their careers and some starting their own organizations and initiatives such as Youth for Change, Sabini COB and Bethel group.

We have reached over thousands of young people through the high school and university outreach events. We have worked with organizations to further our impact through community initiatives including YWCA, Undugu Society, Dime Youth, Lea Toto and Compassion International (Mathare and huruma projects). We have worked with church groups and done trainings in Nairobi, Nakuru, Kitui, Machakos and Kitale.
